Q. What are your сommissions?
A. 50% from all sales and upsells. If a product has a monthly fee, you get 50% of that fee for as long as the member decides to keep it.

A. Minimum balance to send a payment is $100 USD.

A. You bet. If you refer any affiliates to our site through your referral link, you'll receive 5% of the sales they make.

Q. When do do you pay the commissions?
A. We pay commissions on the 15th of every month. We've never been late.

Q. How does the pay period work?
A. Commissions are paid on a net 45 basis. This means that any sales/commissions that are generated in March are sent to you on the 15th of May.
- Q. What methods do you use to payout?
A. Currently we pay by Paypal or bank wire.
- Q. Are any fees associated with wire payments?
A. There may be fees associated with a wire transfer and that is on our account. Based on your bank this might cost -50 USD.
- Q. I just had a friend purchase through my affiliate link, but it didn't show up in my stats. How come?
A. When a customer makes a purchase, they're credit card goes to our processor and as far as buyer is concerned, the sale has gone through. But before all is said and done, our processor needs to verify this sale (fraud checks, etc) and this usually takes 1-2 days. When we're sent verification that the sale is "good", this is when the sale is final and it gets entered into the affiliate stats. Therefore, the sales you make today, will show in your affiliate stats tomorrow or the next day.
- Q. How do you handle product refunds?
A. Most of our products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If a purchase is refunded, this means our software was returned and NO sale was made. Since in the end, no purchase was made, the affiliate does not collect a commission on this sale. Chargebacks are handled the same way. - Q. Can I spam your products?
A. That's been "no" for a decade already.
- Q. Do you allow affiliates to make purchases through their own affiliate link?
A. No, if this is done, the system will not count the commission. We are paying only affiliates who actively promote our products and not use their links only to get a discount on our tools price. Sales with same details as the affiliate details (name, IP, Address, etc) are usually filtered automatically.
